Returns
At The Lash Suite, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items.
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must:
Be unused and unopened.
Be in their original packaging.
Be in a resalable condition.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect product.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the item(s).
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund or exchange where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect your return.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened lash trays.
Opened adhesives.
Used tweezers.
Tape, glue rings, spoolies or disposable accessories once opened.
Clearance or sale items unless faulty.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
